Exchange: Free exchanges for size-related issues within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, sale or clearance items, and intimate apparel.
